In some cases ThinkServer could have a problem with Dashboards events storage, so the user could need more specific information about the problem. In that case you can activate the Dashboards storage for ThinkServer. This option will generate a log with a detail error description.
In order to activate the log you have to edit L2config.cfg file ([ThinkServerInstallationPath]\L2config.cfg) and add the "TraceStorage = 1" parameter into <EnvCfg> node. It should be like:

<librarylist load="true" name="Audit"> </librarylist>
NOTE: It is important to restart ThinkServer service in order to applied changes; StorageTSManager.log file will contain the trace data inside ThinkServer installation path after changes.
