Q. Why do I get an "Invalid user name or password" error when I try to log in to the server using the RemoteAccess client? I have double-checked both the user name and password in the Server Settings.

A. Check the Remote Server firewall settings in the Server Settings > Remote Server settings. The IP address or IP address range needs to be added to the firewall settings with the "Allow" attribute set.
