Q. When I try to connect to InterMapper server using RemoteAccess, the following error is displayed:

Cannot log in to 'InterMapper'.
Response does not appear to be in the right format.
Another server may be running there

A. Use the netstat command on the InterMapper server to determine if another process is listening on port 8181. If it is, change the default port for the Remote Server using the Server Settings > Remote Server settings or change the port for the other process.
