Q. I am having problems starting InterMapper DataCenter. What files should I send to support?

A. Please forward the following log files to Dartware technical support:

* imdc.log
* imdatabase.log
* pg_ctl.log


The files are located:

On Windows: C:\Program Files\InterMapper\dwf\log
On Mac OS X and Linux:/usr/local/imdc/log
