Intermapper stopped responding tonight. One of the engineers reported the problem as he lost connection to the map from Remote Access.

I remoted to the server and attempted to start IM from the Control Center and received the following error:

Failed to start service (current state:1, exit code:0)error:0

Has anyone experienced this problem? I can't get the service running again.

Hi can you tell me what version of the software you are running and what operating system are you running on?  Were you able to check the Server Debug log that is located in \Program data\Intermappper\intermapper settings\intermapper logs?

Locate the debug from the time that crash happend and if you can send that to [email protected] that would be helpful as well.
