Can parameters be used in a Command?

For flexibility, I would like to execute an exe in the Command with parameters.  Is this possible?  The syntax I am using is E:\APPS\GlobalScapeCmdLineApi\GlobalScapeCmdLineApi.exe NGIC Test_Move_Rule but it is not picking up the parameters.

You should be able to use parms in the command.  So if on a windows command line use E:\APPS\GlobalScapeCmdLineApi\GlobalScapeCmdLineApi.exe NGIC Test_Move_Rule works, then you should be able to carry that over to the Skybot command line.  So first thing is, does this work as expected from the Windows command prompt?  If that works out ok, does it have interaction with the desktop (is it launching some GUI?)
