On rare occasions a problem may arise in QSystem Monitor with the IFS data collected overnight. If you have reported a problem to CCSS Technical Support, they may request that you reset the IFS data so that it is refreshed the next time the collection job runs. Simply follow the three steps below and your Disk Summary data problem will soon be resolved.
Follow these steps to run the CLRIFSDTA command in QSystem Monitor:
On the host system run the following command:
CLRIFSDTA SYS()
On the remote system run the following command:
CLRIFSDTA SYS(*RMT)
Delete the IFS cache from each of the PC's \QSystem Monitor directories. They'll be named as follows:
DataQMSMIfsIndexCacheSystemV12b.ifs
