Based on the rules established in QRemote Control for a particular message ID, an unanswered message may be sent to more than one particular person until a satisfactory response is received.

If unanswered after a specified period of time, an escalation procedure can be configured to call a program or provide a preset answer to acknowledge the message automatically through QMessage Monitor. If no action is taken, the message will wait until some form of manual intervention is taken.
