This article applies to BoKS Manager 6.7.0, 6.7.1 and 7.0.
If a user with an SSH public key in the BoKS database is member of a Host Group that is renamed, the key to SSH public key data in the database is not renamed, causing the key data to be lost while a record exists indicating the user has a key assigned.
Resolution / Workaround
To resolve this issue, apply hotfix HFBM-0184 (for BoKS 6.7) or HFBM-0185 (for BoKS 7.0), available for download from the HelpSystems Community Portal.
The rename Host Group code did not include functionality to rename the SSH public key data stored in the database. This functionality has been added.
