This article applies to BoKS Manager 7.0.0.
suexec in BoKS 7.0 does more checking without the safepath modifier set than it did in BoKS 6.7. Thus programs that were executed using suexec in BoKS 6.7 may fail to execute on BoKS 7.0 Server Agents. A bug was introduced in HFBM-0161 and present also in HFBM-0165 which makes suexec fail to log arguments to the invoked program correctly when kslog is not used.
Resolution / Workaround
To resolve this issue, apply hotfix HFBM-0180, available for download from the HelpSystems Community Portal.
The code in suexec has been modified to do the same checks as in BoKS 6.7 when the safepath modifier is not present. The audit log bug has also been fixed.
