Bad formatting of Application Agents' log messages.
When authenticating through BoKS servc the client application can optionally supply a LOG= variable in the authentication request. This will instruct servc to automatically generate a generic auth-success or auth-fail message at the end of the authentication sequence. This feature is mostly used by BoKS Application Agents to save the extra network round-trip needed if the Application Agents should have sent an explicit log message.
An incorrect handling of timestamps in the log message could result in a corrupt log entry if this feature is used.

Resolution / Workaround

To resolve this issue, install hotfix HFBM-0081, available for download from the HelpSystems Community Portal.

Hotfix HFBM-0081 replaces the boks_servc binary with a corrected version.
