To determine how many Server Agents a Replica is serving at a given point in time, simply look for the number of servc.r processes. For example:

$ ps -ef | grep servc.r | wc -l

This won't tell you how busy a given Replica is, but it can give you an idea of the number of Server Agents a Replica is serving. Do this on all Replicas (and the Master if it is serving Server Agents) and you can get an idea of how well load-balanced your environment is.
