BoKS Reporting Manager is the reporting software used in Powertech Identity & Access Manager (BoKS), allowing you to generate reports on access control configurations and audit events from your security domain. This information applies to BoKS Reporting Manager 6.7.

Available Reports

The reports you can generate in BoKS Reporting Manager are divided into 3 categories:

  • Access Control Configuration
  • Audit Log Events
  • Objects in the Security Database

There are 13 standard Access Control reports, including for example what hosts are accessible by a specified user.

There are 18 standard Audit Log reports plus 12 graphic reports such as Successful Access per Hour in day. There are 16 other standard reports including BoKS Database Objects and Report Database status. In addition to the standard reports, you can also create customized reports using an integrated editor.

End-user workstations
  • A tested or compatible browser version. Tested browsers for this version are:
    • Internet Explorer 10
    • Mozilla Firefox 30, 31
  • Plug-ins / applications for opening MS Excel, MS Word and PDF format files.
