1. On the Level 4 - Operations Center Suite download page click the "Download Link" to download the setup file to your hard disk.
  2. Run (double-click) the setup program and follow the on-screen instructions. 
  3. Once the program has finished, you will be given instructions on completing the setup on the target machine.

This version for IBM i requires Document Management System GUI version 2013.326 (22 Nov 2013)

Important information

Alerts generated from Operations Center Suite are only compatible with the new version of the Enterprise Console (Version 8.6 or above).

All registered users of the legacy products (Monitor Suite, Message Manager or Message Communicator) will also need to upgrade the following to receive alerts from Operations Center Suite:

  • Main Enterprise Server
  • Enterprise Console Clients

Product Authority Code

If you are new customer to Halcyon, a request will be sent to us to provide you with a product key. This product key is required to activate the software and will be sent to you by email.

If you are upgrading, you do not require a product key.
