From the WUI, you can work with the requestor timeout, retriever timeout, and endpoint response timeout using this method:

On the Consolidator, right click the Consolidating System and select Properties.

Select the Diagnostics tab.

In the middle, there is an Override Settings section.

 

Examples:

Choosing the new value is speculative, but a suggested new value might be an increase by half or even double.

It may take more than one change to find the correct values for this system.

(Values are case sensitive.)

 

End Point Response Timeout

Enter the Property Key—> PC_ENDPOINT_RESP_TIMEOUT

If no value is displayed, the default value will be used.

Enter the Property Key—> PC_ENDPOINT_RESP_TIMEOUT

Enter the Property Value—> 300

Click on Set Property.

 

Requestor Timeout

Enter the Property Key—> PC_REQUESTOR_TIMEOUT

If no value is displayed, the default value will be used.

Enter the Property Key—> PC_REQUESTOR_TIMEOUT

Enter the Property Value—> 30

Click on Set Property.

 

Retriever Timeout

Enter the Property Key—> PC_RETRIEVER_TIMEOUT

If no value is displayed, the default value will be used

Enter the Property Key—> PC_RETRIEVER_TIMEOUT

Enter the Property Value—> 30

Click on Set Property.
