Windows 10 Users: from the Windows Task Bar, click Start > HelpSystems > SignHere Capture Licensing.

  1. From the “Request License” window, enter your Company, Email Address, Name and Phone number in the spaces provided.
  2. Select the product(s) you want to license by clicking in the check box next to the name of the product.
  3. Take a screenshot of this window and email to: [email protected].

Applying a License

  1. Windows 7 & 8 Users: from the Windows Task Bar, click Start > All Programs > HelpSystems > SignHere > Licensing > SignHere Capture Licensing.

Windows 10 Users: from the Windows Task Bar, click Start > HelpSystems > SignHere Capture Licensing.
  2. From the “Request License” window, select the License Req Type by clicking the drop down and selecting either Temporary or Permanent. Do this for each product you are licensing.
  3. Copy the authorization code you received from HelpSystems and paste into the Unlock Key column. Do this for each product you are licensing. After you enter a code, click the Apply button next to it.

If you click on Apply without entering a valid unlock key, you will get the message ‘Unlock key for productname required”. Click OK and enter a valid unlock key. (Replace “productname” with the name of the product.)

If you enter an incorrect unlock key, you will get the message “Unlock key NOT applied for productname Error 5 Invalid Authorization Code Entered”. Click OK and re-enter the unlock key as supplied by HelpSystems – making sure the code is entered correctly and there are no spaces or other characters entered.

Please note that the Expiration Date listed on the authorization code window provides no indication of a permanently licensed product. If you are unsure whether your application has been permanently licensed, try running it; if it is using an active or expired temporary authorization code it will notify you with a pop-up message on program start.
