Problem:

You are running WinSpool/400 Email Report Server and converting to PDF
 

Solution:

  1. Check to see if the converter has expired. If so, all they need is an authorization number.
  2. Check to see if they registered the converter with an authorization number.  If so, have them implement the license file instead.
