Problem:

The user had installed the ODBC Transfer software on the E: drive and the log file in the RJSTEST.QUE file was attempting to open the RJSTEST.LOG file from directory C:\RJSODBC. Since the software was installed in '''E:\RJSODBC''' this caused the Error 76. 

Solution:

Open the RJSTEST.QUE file using the ODBC Transfer Administrator program in the ODBC Data Transfer program group. Once the file has been opened, click the third icon from the left (Display queue properties) and change the queue location from C:\RJSODBC\RJSTEST.LOG to E:\RJSODBC\RJSTEST.LOG or wherever the log file is located.
