Problem:

User clicks the "get folders/index keys" button in File > Settings > Webdocs iSeries and gets an error: 35601 Element Not Found  This error also occurs when the user opens Image Scan Workstation
 

Solution:

This error is caused by a problem with the folder structure on the iSeries.  Possible problems are as follows:
  • There is a sub-folder with no parent folder ex. "TEST/ Test1"  with no "TEST/"  folder
  • Mis-spelled sub folder, ex:
    TEST \
    TEST \ Test1
    TEST \ Tset1 \ Test 2
Fixing the folders will eliminate this error.
