Problem:
When you click the Check-In Document button in Imaging Scan Workstation, you get the error:
Path/File access error: Trace Point 103000
Solution:
All users on the computer that Imaging Scan Workstation is installed on need to have full access to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\RJS Software:
- Right-click the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\RJS Software and choose Properties.
- On the Security tab, under Group or user names, click Users ([Your computer name]\Users) and check whether this group is allowed Full permissions to the RJS Software folder.
- If Users does not have Full permissions, click Edit, check the Allow checkbox for Full control, and then click OK.
Users now have Full permissions to the RJS Software folder.
