Problem:

When you click the Check-In Document button in Imaging Scan Workstation, you get the error:
 
Path/File access error: Trace Point 103000
 

Solution:

All users on the computer that Imaging Scan Workstation is installed on need to have full access to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\RJS Software:
  1. Right-click the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\RJS Software and choose Properties.
  2. On the Security tab, under Group or user names, click Users ([Your computer name]\Users) and check whether this group is allowed Full permissions to the RJS Software folder.
  3. If Users does not have Full permissions, click Edit, check the Allow checkbox for Full control, and then click OK.

    Users now have Full permissions to the RJS Software folder.
