Problem:

When you try to view PDF files created with various RJS Software email products with Netscape 7, clicking a PDF attachment only lets you save the attachments. Netscape will not launch the Adobe Acrobat viewer. 
 

Solution:

  1. In Netscape 7, go to Edit > Preferences > Navigator > Helper Applications.
  2. For Opening files, click the Reset button.
The next time a PDF file is launched, you will be prompted to select Adobe Acrobat as the helper application.
