Problem:

User gets FTP Error 22049 when clicking on the Get Folder/Index Information button in the RJS Imaging Scan Workstation/Image Server/400 settings dialog.

Solution:

We checked the User Profile that was entered and they had no Special Authorities and Limit Capabilities was set to *YES.  We changed the Limit Capabilities to *PARTIAL and that solved the problem.
