Problem:

When you run Winspool/400 Batch Report Server, you get:
Error 75 Path/File Access error.
One file gets written to the output directory each time Winspool/400 Batch Report Server is run, but the move option does not move reports to the correct output queue.
 

Solution:

Log file is corrupted.  Rename the old log and create new one.
