Problem

This problem can occur with Email Report Server, versions 3.0.0 - 3.0.2. if the "Addresses In Report" option is enabled. The problem occurs because a NULL value has been entered in the "DataImport Mask File Name" and/or "DataImport Output Data Type" option fields for the selected output queue entry in the "Output Queue List" grid.

Solution

  1. Get the version 3.0.3 Email Report Server patch.
  2. Enter at least 1 blank space in the "DataImport Mask File Name" and "DataImport Output Data Type" for each output queue entry in the "Output Queue List" grid.
