Problem:

This problem can happen if attempting to do a network install of WinView/400 and the software hasn't been first installed on the network drive it's being installed from. 

Solution:

First install the WinView/400 to a network drive using the regular SETUP.EXE and then use SETPUSR.EXE from the network to install WinView/400 to a user workstation.
