If the customer is given a keycode that looks similar to: 1012345 - 123456789000, or 1012345;Performance Navigator for i V19;;2,3,4,7-10;;;573092781, or several lines of each:

  1. Copy all lines of SN/keycodes,
  2. In the Performance Navigator Windows client, click Edit \ System Options \ Keycode.
  3. Click the Paste from Clipboard button.
  4. Restart Performance Navigator.

If the customer has keycodes that look like: 1012345 - 123456789000 LPAR 987654321:

  1. Copy everything after the hyphen (-).
  2. Go to Edit \ System Options \ Keycode.
  3. Double click in the Individual Key field and paste the keycode.
  4. Restart Performance Navigator.

This method also works for keycodes that look like: 1012345 - 123456789000 and copying and using just the long number after the hyphen, or 1012345;Performance Navigator for i V19;;2,3,4,7-10;;;573092781 by copying the whole string and pasting into the "Individual Key" field.
