If you're seeing something like "Records were retrieved but the data is all zeros", you may have entered your password incorrectly, PerfNav may be storing an old password, or your user profile may be disabled.

  1. In Performance Navigator, go to Edit \ System Options \ Password. If there is a password saved, uncheck the box to save it, and close the window. If there is not a password saved, just close the window.
  2. End Performance Navigator.
  3. Go to a green screen and make sure that your user profile is *ENABLED.
  4. Start Performance Navigator and try to connect to your system. You should be prompted to enter your user id and password. Enter them, and see if you're able to see your data.
