Use these instructions to use Robot Alert with Office 365.
You must have an account with a name and password in Office 365
In Robot Alert, from the Maintain Vendors screen, take option 1 next to your existing 1-way vendor.
Under Outbound E-mail Information, make sure TLS is enabled
Under Login Information, enter the account name and password created for Office 365
Press F12 to return to Maintain Vendors.
Take option 2 for Advanced Settings in front of your vendor.
We recommend the following settings:

In Robot Alert, from the Maintain Vendors screen, take option 1 next to your existing 2-way vendor.
Under Outbound E-Mail Information, verify your SMTP Host and make sure TLS is enabled.
Under Inbound E-mail Information, verify the POP3 host, enable TLS, and verify the POP3 e-mail address.
Under Login Information, enter the account name and password created for Office 365
Note: The account name and password must be set up on both the SMTP and the POP3 servers.
Press F12 to return to Maintain Vendors.
Take option 2 for Advanced Settings in front of your vendor.
We recommend the following settings:
From a web browser, go to https://login.microsoftonline.com.
Login using the account name and password from your Alert Vendor.
Click on the Outlook icon, then click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
Under Settings, click on the Mail Menu option.
Under Layout (or Compose and Reply), click on Message Format.
Look for the Compose message in _______ format parameter and change it to Plain Text.
Click Save.
