Use these instructions to set up Alert to send messages to Microsoft Teams.
- Using an existing SMTP vendor in Alert, create a new device that uses that SMTP vendor and specifies the Teams email address.
- You can use the following link to find out the email address for the Teams Channel to which you want to send:
- Depending on your SMTP server requirements, you may need to CALL RBA915 to change the from email address for the specific vendor you are using
- Send your message to the new device and it will appear in the Teams Channel.
