On rare occasions a problem may arise in Robot Monitor with the IFS data collected overnight. If you have reported a problem to Robot Technical Support, they may request that you reset the IFS data so that it is refreshed the next time the collection job runs. Simply follow the three steps below and your Disk Summary data problem will soon be resolved.
Follow these steps to run the CLRIFSDTA command in Robot Monitor:
On the host system run the following command:
On the remote system run the following command:
Delete the IFS cache from each of the PC's \RobotMonitorCommon directories (i.e. C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\HelpSystems\RobotMonitorCommon) - They'll be named as follows: QMSMIfsIndexCacheSystemV13 ACADEMY 137377296.ifs
