Follow these steps to troubleshoot reports that are in a queue but fail to process.

  1. Go to the control panel and verify that the output queue is the one that is set up for monitoring by Robot Reports.

  2. Make sure the REPQWATCH job in the RBTSLEEPER subsystem is active.

  3. Use the command REPDTMSET to determine which report set will process the report.

  4. Double-check that the comparison fields on the Report Name panel of the report set that will process the report are correct.

  5. Verify that the spool file was in ready (RDY) status when it arrived in the output queue. If it wasn't, put the file on hold and then release it to start Robot Reports processing.
