If you forget to add a page break when starting to design a new report, there is no need to restart the wizard. Follow these steps to add a page break in the report designer:
- On the report design screen, locate the format line that represents the field you wish to break on (usually one of your Order By fields).
- Use your mouse and right-click the yellow block at the far left of the line.
- Select Properties from the menu.
- In the Report Line Properties dialog, Check the Skip After box, and place a 1 in the field next to that. ('Skip After 1' equals a page break)
- Press the OK button.
