If you forget to add a page break when starting to design a new report, there is no need to restart the wizard. Follow these steps to add a page break in the report designer:

  1. On the report design screen, locate the format line that represents the field you wish to break on (usually one of your Order By fields).
  2. Use your mouse and right-click the yellow block at the far left of the line.
  3. Select Properties from the menu.
  4. In the Report Line Properties dialog, Check the Skip After box, and place a 1 in the field next to that. ('Skip After 1' equals a page break)
  5. Press the OK button.
