General description

The following information is required when submitting a Service Request for Dashboards.

Log Files

The following log files are needed when submitting a Service Request for VISUAL Message Center Dashboards:

  • Trace log
  • Exceptions log
  • Executed queries log

These logs are located in the logs folder of the product installation directory which by default is: C:\Program Files\Tango04\Dashboards\Web\logs

Files Required

The following files and information are required when submitting a Service Request:

  • Dashboards version (check this in Dashboards Help > About)
  • Operating System version, also indicate if the system is 32 or 64-bit
