When you try to enter Dashboards there's an error that says: "No more free nominal users".

Conclusion / Solution / Recommendation / Advice

This message means that you don't have any more available licenses to use our Web Applications. You may do one of the two following actions:

  1. Enter the License Manager application (You can find it in All Programs - > VISUAL Message Center - > AccessServer - > License Manager) and DELETE or DISABLE one nominal user that's actually enrolled.
  2. Contact your sales assistant to get more licenses.
