When you are trying to start the Windows Health Agents you receive the WMI error: "Error 0x8007000e: Services not enough storage available to complete this operation." from the monitored computer (the computer doesn't have to be remote, it could also apply to a monitor pointing to the local PC).
This is not a Thinkserver problem, it could also be verified through the Microsoft tool called: WBemTest, if you connect through it and execute the same WMI query you'll get the same WMI error.
This error means that the WMI query will take more Virtual Memory that the one that's available, so it doesn't run properly and gives you an error that the operation couldn't be completed successfully.
Increase the Virtual Memory size of the monitored PC and restart it.
