Before You Begin

If you see a No Data Available message after selecting Key Performance Indicators in Vityl Capacity Management, you can rerun the KPI Health Scheduler and KPI Risk Scheduler to see the status of each of each scheduler.

Steps

  1. Log into Vityl Capacity Management.
  2. Click Datasources.
  3. Click Edit Datasources.

Automated Analytics is opened.

  1. Click Edit > Schedules.
  2. Expand KPI.
  3. Click KPI Engine Health.
  4. Click Run Report Now.
  5. Click KPI Engine Risk.
  6. Click Run Report Now.
  7. From the History tab, check the status of the report.
  8. When you see a green check for both reports, check the KPI data again in Vityl Capacity Management.
