  • The ability to set polling rate is unavailable

Wed, 20 Nov 2019 18:30:23 GMT – The ability to set polling rate is unavailable

    Hi,

Can't set the polling interval on any type of probe. This affect old and new maps as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind, took a look at the Developer Guide.

Just use the IP of the device :)

  • URL for a device on a Web Access map

Thu, 18 Jan 2018 18:22:46 GMT – URL for a device on a Web Access map

     Hi,

I'm trying to get the following variable in bold:

    http://*.*.*.*:8080/g45cf2928/device/zBzzATzzBrd/!device.html

I have been able to track down the value for the device's map via the Intermapper DB, however i can't seem to find the device ID used in the URL when clicking on the map via the Web Access.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks !

  • Sound Alert notifiers

Tue, 12 Sep 2017 16:05:30 GMT – Sound Alert notifiers

    Hi,

We currently run a large amount of maps which can be an issue when it comes to ensuring that we receive audio alerts from the dedicated workstation since having all the maps opened seems to be a requirement.

Would it be possible to either get the alerts without opening all of the maps at once or is it possible to script opening all of the maps at once ?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

  • Receiving [N/A] when using custom snmp probe

Wed, 30 Aug 2017 16:39:58 GMT – Receiving [N/A] when using custom snmp probe

    Hi,

When SNMP walking or using a 'Single OID Viewer' probe I am able to query any of the OIDs that I require. However, when trying to use the custom probe from the interactive snmp probe creator all of the OIDs return '[N/A]'

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly what I was looking for and the additional info on the dev guide will help in the future.

Steve you are a beautiful man

    Thanks
